This brochure was created to “pre-sell” memberships to “The Southern Pine” development project. Callaway Garden’s, one of Georgia’s oldest family-owned resorts, introduces the project boasting a new Conference Center, golf course, and Lodge– with accommodations on the grounds for the first time in Callaway Garden’s history. Incorporating an existing logo, the pocket folder and Hexachrome-printed brochure package emphasized the beauty of the resort and grounds using a postage card theme.
